Each spa day includes access to our spa facilities and the treatments outlined in your chosen package. Many spa days also include dining elements such as afternoon tea, lunch or a light meal. Full details are listed on each individual spa day experience.
Do I need to book a spa day in advance?
Yes, spa days must be booked in advance to ensure availability of treatments and facilities. We recommend booking early, especially for weekends and popular dates.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing swimwear for spa facilities. Towels, robes and slippers are provided as part of your spa day experience unless otherwise stated.
What is your cancellation policy for spa days?
Spa days are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made in advance. Full details are provided at the time of booking.
