These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases and use of services at Waterfront Spa & Health Club.
Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Prices may be amended without prior notice.
Cancellations & Amendments
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to amend or cancel any booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Spa Treatments & Health Information
Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or pregnancy prior to treatment. Treatments may be adapted or declined for safety reasons.
Spa Use & Guest Guidelines
Spa facilities are available to guests aged 16+. Gym facilities are available to guests aged 18+ only.
Spa Facilities: 6:00am – 9:00pm | Gym: 4:00am – 10:00pm | Spa Treatments: 9:00am – 8:00pm
Guests should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to treatment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments.
Mobile phones must be silent. Appropriate swimwear must be worn. Alcohol is not permitted.
Memberships
Memberships are non-transferable and subject to individual terms.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.
Offers & Promotions
All offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless stated.
Personal Belongings
Waterfront Spa accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time.
